Shopping locally is the best way to buy a comfortable bed. This mattress guide will help direct you through the many choices and decisions you will have to make. There is no "universal sleep system" that is perfect for everyone! To make the right choice, you must take the time to lie on beds. You must know the different options there are now days. This guide is very specific to mattress types and categories. I will not recommend one brand over another. What I will do is explain the features and benefits of each category of mattresses.
