Pros:
- Have more traditional feel that most people are use to.
- Have more selection and price points.
- Usually cost less than foam
Cons:
- Can still cause many people pressure points.
- Many times middle age can cause body changes. This can cause changes in support needs and comfort levels. In other words, your mattress may still be good, but not comfortable for you anymore.
- Not as supportive as a Latex or Memory Foam Mattress.
